Welcome to the blog!
Hello, thanks for finding us. I hope to update here regularly on workshops, events and exhibitors so I hope you will bookmark this blog for future reference 🙂 But what is Rothley Craft Farm?
It is a weekend and evening craft taster workshop initiative in Leicestershire. Various classes will be held with knowledgeable artists and craftspeople covering jewellery, textiles and other techniques in a wide range of skill areas. In these workshops lasting from 2 hours to 2 days you will create your own finished pieces to take home and treasure or give as gifts. Workshops are designed to be relaxing, lots of tea coffee and juice as well as the odd nibble are available and for full day classes, lunch is included. The groups are small- no more than 8 people- for more personal attention from the tutor.
We also have a little gallery area to pick up any little gifts from other UK craftspeople open just before, during and after the workshops. The village centre is a short walk away should you want to venture out at lunch, or maybe you fancy a country stroll, it’s up to you.
I hope you will join us soon, the website is under construction but some details are online at www.rothleycraftfarm.com
